Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication and assembly.
  • •Coordinate with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to meet daily targets for move, output, cycle time, and line yield.
  • •Participate in daily engineering meetings and collaborate daily with production control and engineering teams on tool time requests.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in areas including DL productivity improvement, 5S, safety, and quality compliance.
  • •Develop and use test procedures, evaluate results, and investigate root causes to recommend tooling and process requirements.

  • •Strong conceptual knowledge and technical experience to solve everyday manufacturing problems.
  • •Ability to clearly explain complex information and work with others effectively.
  • •Experience using engineering principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing costs and improve quality.
