Senior Opex FP&A Analyst

Partner with Finance leadership to drive monthly and annual forecasts and budgets for operating expense (opex), including variance analysis and actionable implications. Build accurate assumptions, evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities, and support ad hoc analyses by presenting and visualizing data insights. Develop efficiency metrics, reconcile HC for the organization, and collaborate with stakeholders on cost management solutions and sales commission accuracy aligned with business needs.
