Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive monthly and annual forecasts and budgets for all opex spend, including insightful variance analysis and forecast implications.
  • •Forecast accurately by aligning on assumptions and understanding what, where, and why spending occurs.
  • •Evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities to support decision-making and scenario planning.
  • •Provide front-line support for ad hoc financial analysis requests, presenting and visualizing data and insights.
  • •Develop efficiency metrics for growth context, reconcile HC, and partner with business stakeholders on cost management solutions including sales commission accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •6+ years of relevant financial analysis experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
  • •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite.
  • •Understanding/exposure to US GAAP or IFRS.
  • •Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with stakeholders across the organization.
