Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of AV systems integration projects.
  • •Ensure projects meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements using AVI-SPL project management processes.
  • •Facilitate internal and external project kickoff meetings among Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication & Installation, and customer and third-party resources.
  • •Identify and manage project risk, resolve issues with the team or escalate to management, and maintain comprehensive project schedules and resource planning.
  • •Manage project expenditures and status/progress reporting, ensure quality of internal/subcontracted work, and handle change orders; gather close-out documentation and support customer relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Audio Visual, Construction, Technology or related industry.
  • •Proven project management and team leadership experience.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing projects in the Audio Visual, Construction, Technology or related industry.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MSProject schedule software; understanding of technical, contractual, and construction documents.
