Job Summary

Shape and deliver the strategy for Kantar’s Finance ERP ecosystem, focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Lead ERP architecture and large-scale implementations and enhancements, translating Finance and Transformation needs into scalable, resilient solutions. Oversee integrations and data flows, drive continuous improvement in performance and stability, and provide technical leadership while coordinating external vendors and delivery partners across global transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead architecture and design for Kantar’s Finance ERP landscape with a focus on D365 Finance & Operations.
•Deliver large-scale ERP implementations and enhancements, ensuring quality, scalability, and business alignment.
•Partner with Finance, Technology, and Transformation teams to translate business needs into effective solutions.
•Oversee integrations, data flows, and system design to ensure best practice and consistency.
•Manage external vendors and delivery partners, and drive continuous improvement across system performance and operational processes.

Key Requirements

•Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
•Experience delivering ERP transformation programmes in complex organisations.
•Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is beneficial.
•Strong understanding of system integration, data structures and cloud-based architecture (ideally Microsoft Azure).
•Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions and influence senior stakeholders.
