Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers, help them select products, convert window shoppers to buyers, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
  • •Follow the company selling guideline and apply suggestive selling using current product and brand knowledge.
  • •Maintain professional appearance and be flexible to work extended hours during the sale period and on varied shifts.
  • •Ensure stock is laid out and displayed according to standard layout norms and VM guidelines; maintain stock norms on clearance.
  • •Operate the POS/billing counter and handle cash, card, vouchers, automatic debits, receipts/refunds/change; tally the cash till and record inventory inward/outward while following loss prevention policies.
