Key Responsibilities

•Develop and own the learning and development strategy by identifying capability gaps and prioritizing initiatives with measurable business impact.
•Design, build, and continuously improve learning programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, fraud education, manager development, leadership development, and ongoing growth.
•Partner with business leaders to understand capability needs and develop practical learning solutions that improve performance.
•Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders.
•Improve knowledge access and self-service resources, and measure learning effectiveness using data and feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6-10 years of experience in consulting (leading learning/change management/organizational effectiveness), learning & development, talent development, or similar.
•Experience building and scaling learning programs beyond delivering existing content.

•Strong program management skills to independently drive multiple initiatives from idea through execution.
•Experience designing practical, engaging learning experiences for adult learners.
