Job Summary

Lead the technical development and delivery of architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring designs meet local authority regulations, international codes, and project requirements. Coordinate detailed design packages, drawings, specifications, and construction documentation, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior Design, and specialists). Support BIM implementation and review shop drawings, RFIs, and technical queries while driving quality and mentoring junior architects.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical development and delivery of architectural projects from concept through construction.
•Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed design packages, technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
•Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, international codes, and project-specific requirements.
•Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior Design, and Specialist Consultants.
•Support BIM implementation and review shop drawings, material submissions, RFIs, and construction-stage technical queries; drive quality and mentor junior architects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
•8+ years of professional architectural experience with strong technical design and project delivery focus.
•Proven experience in an architecture, engineering, or multidisciplinary consultancy environment.
•Strong working knowledge of Revit, BIM workflows, AutoCAD, and construction documentation.
•Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
