Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide independent LOD2 technology risk oversight for Truist technology and related business units, identifying, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting technology and related risks.
  • •Steward the Technology Risk Framework by identifying, reporting, and mitigating technology risks.
  • •Independently assess the maturity of technology and the adequacy of technology controls to support business outcomes (performance, stability, security, service availability).
  • •Strengthen proactive risk culture through effective risk-focused management and partnership routines with technology teams and internal partners.
  • •Review and challenge first-line risk program execution and monitor legal, regulatory, compliance, and audit matters for the assigned technology oversight area.
