Key Responsibilities

  • •Own EMEA FP&A review and business partnering for selected markets, including forecast submission review and challenge of assumptions.
  • •Coordinate monthly forecast timetable, consolidation, and quality review across regions and business lines; act as escalation point before VP review.
  • •Support EMEA reporting timetable, standards, and quality assurance, including consistency reviews and review of AI-generated commentary before publication.
  • •Strengthen FP&A process governance and transformation with pan-EMEA timetables, templates, review disciplines, and OneStream readiness, including business adoption.
  • •Advance AI adoption and reporting innovation by driving controlled use of AI-enabled variance commentary, prompt templates, workflows, and automation to reduce manual reporting effort.

Key Requirements

  • •ACA qualified (or equivalent) with strong post-qualified experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial reporting.
  • •Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting across a complex, multi-market organization.
  • •Proven ability to review and challenge forecasts, assumptions, risks, opportunities, and market commentary.
  • •Strong understanding of month-end reporting, forecast consolidation, budget processes, and senior stakeholder reporting.
  • •Excellent Excel and analytical skills with experience using finance systems and reporting tools such as Oracle, BPC/EPM, OneStream, and Microsoft Office.
