Job Summary

Manage and optimize the accounts receivable process by overseeing collections for a global customer portfolio. Drive credit quality through customer outreach, follow-ups, monthly statementing, and monitoring debtor balances, cash collections, and bad debts. Use NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) to maintain records and handle AR-related requests, coordinating with Sales, Account Managers, Finance, Legal, and billing to resolve discrepancies while reducing DSO.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and optimize the accounts receivable process across a global portfolio to maintain credit quality.
•Contact customers via telephone, email, and letter to encourage collections and maintain follow-up notes.
•Deliver timely internal reporting and analysis on debtor balances, cash collections, and bad debts.
•Support cash application in NetSuite, investigate unallocated cash receipts, and handle AR financial requests via Salesforce.
•Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Finance, Legal, and billing teams to resolve discrepancies and issue reminders/legal notices based on policy.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable / Collections role.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers.
•Proven results in reducing debtor days and lowering bad debt expense.
•Ability to adjust priorities quickly under pressure to meet deadlines and work effectively in a changing environment.
•Strong Microsoft Excel and IT skills, plus experience working with international companies (advertising/marketing agency experience is preferable).
