Job Summary

Lead North America marketing strategy and growth for Advanced Bionics, aligning regional plans with global brand, messaging, and business objectives. Partner with North America Sales Leadership to drive product launch positioning, Quarterly Plans of Action, and campaign performance. Manage and develop a team of marketers and communications/event specialists while strengthening customer engagement, KOL relationships, and customer insights across the region, supporting commercial success throughout North America.

•Manage, coach, and develop a marketing team and establish goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
•Strengthen customer engagement and brand presence through customer journey strategy, marketing collateral, and KOL/customer initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
•3+ years of product marketing and/or marketing management experience in medical devices, healthcare, or consumer products.
•3+ years of people leadership experience or 5+ years leading cross-functional teams.
•Experience supporting product launches and commercial growth initiatives, with North American market experience.
