•Manage and coordinate multiple calendars to optimise appointment availability.
•Communicate with clients via phone and email in a compassionate, professional, timely manner.
•Maintain accurate and confidential client records and appointment details in a database.
•Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications, and liaise with internal departments for seamless coordination.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in an administrative, scheduling, or client-facing support role.
•Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
•High proficiency in using computers and scheduling software, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
•Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting; strong discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
