Job Summary

Provide remote technical support to clients by diagnosing and resolving security-related incidents, driving them to effective resolution, and ensuring zero missed SLA conditions. Maintain support processes, investigate problems using service assurance tools, and analyze service records against service levels. Monitor delivery, escalate unresolved incidents, coordinate repairs, document and close incidents, and keep CIs secure and accurate. Continually update portals and ticketing tools while applying secure configuration and preventative remedies.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the support process and handle client support requests according to procedures.
•Use service assurance software/tools to investigate, diagnose, and resolve security incidents while collecting statistics and producing reports.
•Prioritize and diagnose incidents, investigate root causes, escalate unresolved issues, and follow up until resolution with service recovery.
•Perform agreed maintenance tasks and ensure secure, accurate, complete configuration of configuration items (CIs), protecting assets from unauthorized change.
•Monitor service delivery against SLA, analyze service records to maintain/improve service levels, document and close incidents, and update systems/portals/ticketing tools.

Key Requirements

•Moderate experience with security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, and Proxy.
•Moderate experience providing technical support and remote support in security technologies.
•Moderate experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting of incidents and problems.
•Moderate experience working with relevant technologies and performing remote service activities.
•Degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology or Computing, plus professional-level security technology certifications.
