Key Responsibilities

  • •Build rapid proofs of concept and production-ready components for AI-enabled use cases such as research, data access, document analysis, workflow automation, and reconciliation.
  • •Develop, refactor, test, and maintain application code using Python and other supported development technologies.
  • •Build and integrate REST APIs and enterprise/data connectors (including webhooks, databases, and data-integration services).
  • •Deploy and operate applications in Microsoft Azure using approved hosting, identity, storage, databases, networking, security, and deployment patterns.
  • •Test AI solutions for reliability and security risks (model failure, prompt injection, unsafe tool use, and production-readiness issues), and maintain implementation documentation and technical evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on AI-enabled applications, cloud applications, data systems, or enterprise integrations.
  • •Strong Python development skills, including building APIs, services, scripts, applications, or data workflows.
  • •Experience with at least one additional production development stack such as C#/.NET, TypeScript/Node.js, Java, or a comparable technology.
  • •Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience across hosting, identity, storage, databases, secrets management, logging, monitoring, and deployment.
  • •Practical experience with LLM APIs and agentic workflows, including RAG, embeddings, structured outputs, and prompt design.
