Drive exceptional in-store customer experiences by leading a high-performance Pandora retail team. •Lead the store team and embody the Pandora ambassador role to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
•Coach and manage Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants, providing real-time feedback and guidance.
•Drive sales performance by building a high-performance selling environment that exceeds shopper expectations and KPIs.
•Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure efficient operational processes and continuous talent growth.
•Partner with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.

•Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
