Key Responsibilities

  • •Support safety and security processes, including business continuity plans
  • •Use CCTV to review video, investigate safety/investigation cases, and bring cases to closure
  • •Lead weekly inventory cycle counts and partner to reconcile inventory variances
  • •Conduct daily/weekly/monthly audits to ensure shortage control and adherence to asset protection policies
  • •Act as a key holder with off-hours alarm response and help train team members on AP processes and systems

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of asset protection or security experience
  • •Strong understanding of physical security (CCTV, EAS, alarms, access control, lock and key)
  • •Ability to work with all levels of management and with minimal supervision as a self-starter
  • •Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
