Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate stakeholders and manage end-user operations for the PAA Maximo EAM instance, ensuring business requirements are captured and supported capabilities are enabled.
  • •Support business process improvement by documenting process changes and functional requirements, and defining a multi-year roadmap aligned to business needs.
  • •Capture, prioritize, and manage Maximo initiatives/enhancements through completion, including larger efforts requiring new or integrated system capabilities.
  • •Oversee testing, planning, and implementation readiness for system configuration changes, and ensure training/reference materials are provided to stakeholders.
  • •Provide direct end-user support, analyze system issues, identify mitigations, and work with IS to debottleneck application management backlog resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year college degree in STEM or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum of five years of experience in a technical analysis, maintenance/reliability, or engineering role.
  • •Detailed knowledge of field operations, maintenance, and safety work practices.
  • •Must have detailed knowledge of the Maximo EAM platform and related technologies and experience managing end users, data, and system configurations.
  • •Comprehensive computer skills with Microsoft Office (strong emphasis on Excel/spreadsheets) and familiarity with PHMSA and OSHA regulations.
