Job Summary

Lead the regional branch network in Taiwan within HSBC’s International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) unit, directing face-to-face sales and service delivery, driving strategy, and delivering a seamless, customer-centric experience across local markets. Manage P&L, oversee talent, and align channel activities to HSBC Group strategy during a 3-year transformation toward the Target Operating Model.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive and lead sales and service activities across the face-to-face channel to ensure optimal customer experience and sales opportunities within global propositions, ensuring consistency across channels (human or digital).
•Ensure close connection between market trends and product/channel delivery, driving projects in response to market changes and opportunities in line with HSBC Group strategy.
•Appropriately resource all areas of the business by recruiting and retaining high-quality, customer-centric people.
•Foster and develop a customer-centric ethos, using customer insight to enhance a seamless customer experience, increasing loyalty, advocacy and retention.
•Ensure activities are consistent across distribution channels, delivering superior customer service and a customer-driven approach.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience
•Proven and progressive branch banking and/or commercial lending experience or equivalent, including a minimum of 6 years proven and progressive management experience or equivalent
•Strong leadership, managerial, strategic planning (including financial planning and management), organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, communications, analytical, interpersonal, motivational, negotiation, project management, sales and team-building skills
•Professional qualification as required by Taiwan regulation
•Must obtain Trust L2, SPS, Internal Audit & Control, and related regulatory licenses and certifications
