•Proactively identify patterns and risks in orders and lead conversations to resolve root causes.
•Support process improvements that improve margin, reduce inventory risk, or streamline decision-making across teams.
•Optimize the approval process through data analytics and close collaboration with stakeholders.

•Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes simply and handle tough conversations.
