Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain contract management plans and project plans, including resource needs, schedules, and budgets.
  • •Manage subcontract engineering teams delivering cybersecurity projects and align subcontract strategy with prime contract holders.
  • •Lead teams of cybersecurity engineers, defining project scope, cost, success criteria, and key dependencies with stakeholders.
  • •Design and implement technologies and services for federal business needs, including system design and gap analysis.
  • •Own project communications, deliver status updates/briefings, and establish reporting requirements, KPIs, and measures to confirm ROI.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have an active TS/SCI clearance for consideration.
  • •12+ years of direct project management experience.
  • •12+ years managing a technical team focused on cyber security/operations, working on security products such as SIEM/SOAR, IAM, endpoint protection, or cloud security.
  • •7+ years managing a program with over 10 people.
  • •Required certifications: PMP, Security+, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
