Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide and manage architectural projects across all phases of design through construction completion.
  • •Lead development of contract documents through SD, DD, CD, CA, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and specifications.
  • •Provide architectural leadership on complex projects and coordinate internal AECOM and external A/E disciplines.
  • •Coordinate and attend design reviews with clients, project managers, and municipal agencies while validating design decisions using cost analysis and logistics/procurement efficiencies.
  • •Evaluate contractor progress during construction and provide recommendations, including coordinating quality control reviews prior to document issuance.
