Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage orderbook conversion from order to invoice to ensure transparency and accurate order flow.
  • •Handle day-to-day wholesale account requests: orders/contracts, customer setup changes, order/invoice value dates, delivery prioritization, and exception discounts.
  • •Produce, analyze, and interpret data and reports to meet business requirements and customer expectations.
  • •Resolve recurring issues with interfaces to prevent complaints/returns; coordinate special handling and shipping/packaging feasibility.
  • •Process returns and complaints per policy, record outcomes in CRM, coordinate with logistics and Finance on credit notes and invoice reductions.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree, preferably in business administration.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or sales development.
  • •Strong functional skills across Customer Service, Sales, and Finance.
  • •Advanced working knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP, Salesforce, and MicroStrategy.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
