Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure products are manufactured in planned quantities, at budgeted cost, and to desired quality.
  • •Perform machine operations and production assembly throughout the manufacturing process.
  • •Complete tasks such as carrying, strapping, wrapping, securing, or labeling as needed.
  • •Support safety programs, policies, and practices to foster a safe work environment.
  • •Assist with planning shipping from the manufacturing location and communicate concerns to management in associate meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize multiple demands to meet production timelines.
  • •Experience using standard hand tools such as a handheld sewing machine and fabric cutting tools.

  • •Comfort working with hands while standing and performing walking, bending, and/or squatting tasks.
  • •Ability to carry up to 50 lbs by hand and perform repetitive movements; safety consciousness and attention to detail required.
