Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain facility, equipment, and grounds safely and efficiently; troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and support troubleshooting of current and future equipment.
  • •Read prints/schematics and suggest modifications as required; use electro/mechanical and vacuum/leak detection skills for effective troubleshooting.
  • •Mentor junior technicians, assist with evaluating and certifying them for promotions and training, and write repair procedures when requested.
  • •Record all work accurately in CMMS, ensure work orders are complete (including documentation of spares, labor, and downtime), and approve/check work upon completion.
  • •Support preventative maintenance and daily shift coordination by attending pass-down/shift meetings and collaborating with other departments and vendors.

Salary: USD 30.05 - 42.81

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate with 2-year technical school in Electrical and Maintenance, or a 2-year associate degree (or equivalent) in a technical discipline, or 8+ years of maintenance experience, or 5 years’ experience with a degree in a mechanical or electrical discipline.
  • •Ability to read schematics/prints and perform basic electronic troubleshooting and vacuum troubleshooting/leak detection.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, plus proven electro-mechanical skills (electrical, mechanical, vacuum systems, and laser operations).
  • •Working knowledge of computer applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with CMMS reporting.
  • •Proven written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of building codes; project leader/supervisory experience is a plus.
