Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end redesign of financial master data structures to enable profitability, channel, and product-level reporting.
•Define the target-state data model for parent-company consolidation, including GL alignment, entity structures, intercompany conventions, and dimensional hierarchies.
•Develop and execute the migration plan from legacy fragmented systems, covering mapping, cleansing, cutover, and validation.
•Establish master data governance including ownership, approval workflows, change controls, and audit trails to preserve data integrity.
•Partner with IT and SAP functional teams to configure and validate SAP ECC master data changes and ensure downstream impacts to sub-ledgers, allocations, and reporting are understood and controlled.

•BA/BS degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
•CPA preferred (or equivalent).
•8+ years of experience in accounting, finance transformation, or reporting at a public company and/or external audit of public companies (public company experience required).
•Hands-on SAP ECC experience, including FI/CO module knowledge and how master data drives sub-ledger and reporting outcomes.
•Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to financial master data redesign or ERP finance transformation; strong understanding of consolidation/intercompany elimination and mapping conventions.
