Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full project management for moderate/complex IT infrastructure implementations, including planning, execution, closing, and ongoing support.
  • •Coordinate directly with clients to analyze card program setup requirements and formulate implementation solutions for Visa endpoints, products, and services.
  • •Meet milestones and deliverables on time, comply with internal artifacts/processes, and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
  • •Manage client projects in parallel with product development and handle non-routine complex processing requests and strategic initiatives.
  • •Prepare and maintain project artifacts (plans, status reports, meeting minutes, issues logs) and escalate at-risk projects while coordinating for needed resources.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of IT system knowledge with strong project management experience, including IT infrastructure and applications.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in a business analyst role in software or financial services.
  • •Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, including the ability to interact with internal and client stakeholders in multiple countries.
  • •Experience using MS Office tools including MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
  • •Demonstrated project management experience in retail banking, card schemes, or payment-industry technologies; good knowledge of payments processing systems is a plus.
