•Assist residents with personal care duties and daily living activities.
•Support residents at mealtimes and help promote nutrition and hydration.
•Encourage and facilitate mental and physical activities through hobbies and social engagement.
•Respond to on-site emergency calls and follow care alert procedures.
•Collaborate with the Domiciliary Care Manager and external professionals (GPs, chiropodists, OTs, physiotherapists) to deliver coordinated care.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 13.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience in a care/dementia setting or a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred, but full training will be provided.
•Ability to work across a range of shifts to cover resident needs.
•Excellent listening skills and a compassionate approach to supporting residents.
•Commitment to safeguarding and promoting residents’ welfare.
•Prescribed safety and welfare practices to support independence and daily living.
