Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist residents with personal care duties and daily living activities.
  • •Support residents at mealtimes and help promote nutrition and hydration.
  • •Encourage and facilitate mental and physical activities through hobbies and social engagement.
  • •Respond to on-site emergency calls and follow care alert procedures.
  • •Collaborate with the Domiciliary Care Manager and external professionals (GPs, chiropodists, OTs, physiotherapists) to deliver coordinated care.

Salary: GBP 13.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a care/dementia setting or a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred, but full training will be provided.
  • •Ability to work across a range of shifts to cover resident needs.
