Drive consulting engagements by analyzing business challenges and building data-driven, strategy-focused recommendations. Lead modules within larger projects and manage smaller projects, typically guiding teams of three to five consultants. Coach and develop teammates, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to knowledge development by capturing insights from client work. Participate in office-wide studies and initiatives to strengthen Roland Berger’s thinking across sectors.
