Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Be responsible for quotations and technical communication between customers, Eaton sales, and the factory for technical issues.
  • •Act as the contact person between sales and the post order management team, including reporting figures.
  • •Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of medium voltage projects in line with agreed terms to post order management.
  • •Prepare and present quotations and commercial solutions with close collaboration with customers and Eaton sales.
  • •Design medium voltage switchgear systems using Eaton configuration tools and provide technical documentation/support for sales and project execution.
