Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide independent oversight, credible challenge, and advisory support for fair lending and UDAP/UDAAP risk in the FaRB Program.
  • •Partner with compliance and CRO teams to translate regulatory expectations into practical, risk-based guidance for decision-making and risk mitigation.
  • •Contribute to FaRB Program development through risk assessments, monitoring, issue management, and governance activities.
  • •Support special initiatives and horizontal reviews across multiple products, channels, and functions to identify emerging risks and strengthen program maturity.
  • •Support regulatory engagement activities, including audit/examination requests, remediation efforts, and preparation of executive reporting materials.

Key Requirements
