Operate and monitor production machinery at the Fayetteville plant, following lockout/tagout and troubleshooting equipment to minimize downtime. Maintain continuous product flow by supplying production lines, perform product quality checks, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals. Keep the work area clean and compliant with food safety and OSHA requirements while working 2nd shift Monday–Thursday with occasional Fridays as needed.

•Follow lockout/tagout procedures and monitor/troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.

•Perform product quality checks to meet consumer and company standards.
•Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with food safety and OSHA requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.49 hourly

•Machine Operator experience preferred.

•Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demand.
