Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for an AI & Automation value stream within Design and Tools. Own product metrics and user feedback to prioritize AI initiatives that improve customer care efficiency. Collaborate with global stakeholders and partner with Salesforce and ServiceNow product managers to drive AI project requirements, architecture, and launches. Guide teams building predictive and prescriptive ML models for assisted experiences, chatbots, and virtual agents.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and own the overarching strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI projects to achieve business objectives.
•Seek and analyze user feedback, track product metrics, and measure solution ROI to drive product improvements.
•Collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve conflicts and deliver successful AI projects and product launches.
•Drive requirements, design, and architecture for AI projects in partnership with Salesforce and ServiceNow product managers.
•Identify and prioritize AI use cases in customer care, perform feature planning and execution, and develop AI project charters and SOWs to secure stakeholder buy-in.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field.
•5+ years of product management, program management, or team leadership experience.
•Generative and conversational AI experience to design and implement AI-powered features for customer-facing channels (chatbots and virtual agents).
•Natural language processing (NLP) experience applying sentiment analysis and topic modeling for trend detection and root cause identification.
•Cloud experience working with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, plus the ability to build in customer care operations and communicate technical value to leadership under pressure.
