Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the pursuit strategy for enterprise critical pursuits from identification through submission, leading capture governance and bid planning.
  • •Direct discovery, pre-positioning, differentiation, and delivery strategies for transformative programmes and key-account renewals/extensions.
  • •Develop a holistic capture approach including client listening, win strategy, solution development, marcomms planning, and debrief/lessons learned.
  • •Build and nurture client relationships to identify bespoke needs and validate solutions through proactive engagement.
  • •Drive pursuit lifecycle operational excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve capture/win rates and ensure Go/No-Go rigor and compliance across commercial/legal/governance elements.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated leadership experience developing and aligning critical pursuit/capture strategy with business targets and growth strategy within a consultancy environment.
  • •Proven track record leading strategic and complex pursuit strategies (Net Service Revenue above £25m) across multi-disciplinary and multi-locational teams.
  • •Proven ability to deliver sales metrics and develop compelling, client-centric value propositions.
  • •Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organisational levels, with experience building and managing large and diverse pursuit/capture teams.
  • •Relevant Water Industry experience and experience working in a global matrix organisation (preferable).
