Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver assigned projects or workstreams within agreed scope, timelines, quality, and enterprise governance standards.
  • •Support TOM implementation planning, including sequencing, readiness, adoption milestones, and status tracking.
  • •Manage cross-regional migration activity and coordinate dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and stakeholder impacts.
  • •Coordinate Fenergo and onboarding transformation delivery across business, product, and technology teams.
  • •Maintain project plans and governance artifacts (RAID logs, actions, decisions, and reporting materials) and track benefits, adoption, and ROI indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience in project delivery and workstream management, including TOM implementation, migration planning, or operating model adoption.
  • •Knowledge of investor onboarding and related areas (transfer agency, AML/KYC, investor data flows, regulatory considerations) is preferred.
  • •Understanding of PMO governance including RAID management, stakeholder engagement, and structured reporting.
  • •Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint); Power BI, SharePoint, Aha!, or Azure DevOps experience is beneficial.
