Key Responsibilities

  • •Run day-to-day MMS operations, including MMS helpdesk ticket administration and user/security group management.
  • •Act as MMS champion and gatekeeper to ensure changes follow testing and change management procedures and improve system capabilities and data quality.
  • •Coordinate and facilitate UAT, including development of UAT scripts with Pass/Fail criteria.
  • •Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and training materials; deliver MMS training across business functions.
  • •Perform MMS maintenance on hardware/software, capture records, produce system performance reports, and support third-party integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience with IBM Maximo 7.6.x or higher (Maximo Application Suite desirable).
  • •Experience with Maximo Anywhere development/deployment; Maximo Mobile experience desirable.
  • •Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
  • •Experience developing BIRT reports and using advanced SQL/TSQL.
  • •Knowledge of Java class and automation script.
