Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the single point of contact for Business Banking customers, handling queries and complaints with timely resolutions.
•Ensure delivery of services and products through proactive CRM updates and adherence to SLA targets.
•Escalate and manage cases to reduce exceptions and improve First Call/First Point Resolution.
•Educate customers on alternative channels and new digital technologies to enhance experience.
•Collaborate with RMs, AMs, and cross-functional teams to support cross-sell opportunities and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

•2 years customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer expectations.
•Thorough knowledge of Business Banking and Branch Operational Procedures and Policies, including KYC.
•Proficiency with CRM systems and logging customer interactions; ability to drive First Point Resolution.
•Ability to work from a branch and coordinate with Relationship Managers and Account Managers.
