Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy that drives awareness, credibility, and share of voice in Egnyte’s core markets; manage media relations, press releases, press tour coordination, and rapid response.
•Own executive communications by partnering with the CEO and senior leaders to craft narratives, talking points, presentations, and speeches.
•Set the strategy for corporate social media channels, coordinate content calendars, and drive campaigns tied to product launches and company news.
•Lead crisis communications, develop crisis playbooks, and conduct post-crisis reviews to improve preparedness.
•Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing communications team and oversee the budget, contracts, and agency relationships.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, PR, or a related field, with at least 3 years managing and developing a team.
•Proven track record of building and executing PR strategies for B2B technology companies.
•Deep media relationships across business and technology press, with a proven track record of earning coverage in top-tier national, trade, and vertical-focused publications.
•Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
•Experience coaching and preparing C-suite executives for media, speaking engagements, and other high-visibility opportunities.
