Key Responsibilities

  • •Create varied, nutritional menus using fresh ingredients in line with residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
  • •Help deliver an excellent dining experience and make residents feel at home by contributing ideas.
  • •Train and support the kitchen team across prep, cooking, and serving.
  • •Adhere to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies/procedures, and manage budgets.
  • •Handle orders and deliveries and cater for special events and seasonal activities as required.
