Key Responsibilities

  • •Organise appointments and prepare necessary documents, ensuring availability of facilities and meeting rooms.
  • •Receive cash, prepare daily reports, and highlight discrepancies; support supervisory staff with billing and account reconciliation where required.
  • •Prepare and submit applications, government forms, permit requests, and HR/staff travel documentation including passes, licenses, and forms.
  • •Complete timekeeping activities (sick/absence/leave/overtime), compile routine management reports, and recommend process/procedure improvements.
  • •Compose and dispatch routine letters/memos, manage incoming mail, maintain filing systems, and ensure office hardware and supplies are in working order and logged.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years schooling or equivalent and 1+ year of experience working in an Administration/Office environment.
  • •Computer literacy with working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • •Ability to provide general administrative and/or secretarial support for routine semi-related tasks.
  • •Experience handling administrative processes involving internal departments and documentation.
  • •Comfort working in an environment where interaction with other departments is routine and uncomplicated.
