Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently lead product delivery across a defined product, workstream, or client scope.
  • •Translate business intent into outcomes, success measures, priorities, features, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Plan and facilitate focused discovery to understand customer needs, business context, constraints, assumptions, and opportunities.
  • •Own requirements quality, including problem framing, requirement hierarchy, story decomposition, acceptance criteria, and delivery readiness.
  • •Facilitate stakeholder alignment, surface dependencies and risks, and use adoption signals and success metrics to recommend iterations and reprioritization.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years leading digital product delivery in consulting, enterprise product organizations, or similarly complex cross-functional environments.
  • •Independently own a defined product, workstream, platform area, or client scope from problem framing through delivery.
  • •Strong product delivery fundamentals, including prioritization, scope slicing, backlog management, requirement hierarchy, story decomposition, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Experience running discovery and translating evidence into clear product and delivery decisions.
  • •Fluent cross-functionally across engineering, experience design, quality engineering, and digital delivery, with strong communication skills.
