Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, collect, and formalize payroll business requirements and model business processes (AS-IS/TO-BE).
  • •Configure and support SAP Payroll (PY) functionality (payroll schema, PCR, wage types, calculation rules) and localization per legislation.
  • •Run and analyze payroll results, identify and fix calculation issues, and support post-payroll processes including payment statement preparation and integration with banking/accounting systems.
  • •Prepare functional specifications/technical tasks and decompose requirements into user stories; coordinate with ABAP developers on user-exits/BAdI and related enhancements.
  • •Create test scenarios and perform functional, regression, and UAT testing; participate in end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation to Go-Live and provide post-go-live support, reporting, documentation, and training.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years as SAP Consultant / SAP Payroll Consultant / System Analyst in SAP implementation or business process automation projects.
  • •2+ years hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (PY).
  • •Deep knowledge of payroll processes including salary calculation, taxes, social contributions, bonuses, sick leaves, and vacations.
  • •Experience configuring SAP PY (Payroll Schema, PCR, Wage Types, and calculation rules/schemes).
  • •Experience with payroll localization to comply with legislation and integration with SAP modules (PA, OM, FI).
