Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the firmware team delivering power management, security, and platform memory setup firmwares.
  • •Plan, track, and deliver firmware deliverables for internal/external systems and platforms using AMD APU/CPU.
  • •Oversee APU/CPU validation, platform validation, and debug engineers to resolve system and silicon issues.
  • •Design, develop, test, and debug firmware features for AMD new platforms and support customer escalations.
  • •Provide low-level design documents and user guides, and mentor developers while collaborating with internal organizations, vendors, and partners.

Salary: INR 5,707,870 - 8,154,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •16+ years overall firmware development experience, with 5+ years leading a development team of 7+ members.
  • •Strong C language programming skills.
  • •Strong understanding of BIOS, power management, PCIe, and SoC power states (including hot-plug).
  • •Security firmware experience, including knowledge of security subsystems/policy, root of trust, TPM/fTPM, and trusted application concepts/handshake.
  • •Knowledge of memory recognition/configuration and platform firmware development (UEFI BIOS, ACPI; AGESA is a plus).
