Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform day-to-day deposit account and Customer Information File (CIF) tasks, including reviewing new accounts and executing account changes in compliance with rules and procedures.
  • •Oversee quality assurance initiatives for deposit operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across processes.
  • •Conduct daily reviews of deposit transactions, processes, and documentation to confirm accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • •Identify risk, inefficiency, or non-compliance and report findings to management with actionable recommendations; analyze audit reports for process improvement and risk mitigation.
  • •Integrate AI-driven testing solutions and automation tools into the QA lifecycle, partner with automation vendors, and assist with training and dashboards to monitor impact.
