Key Responsibilities

•Perform day-to-day deposit account and Customer Information File (CIF) tasks, including reviewing new accounts and executing account changes in compliance with rules and procedures.
•Oversee quality assurance initiatives for deposit operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across processes.
•Conduct daily reviews of deposit transactions, processes, and documentation to confirm accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
•Identify risk, inefficiency, or non-compliance and report findings to management with actionable recommendations; analyze audit reports for process improvement and risk mitigation.
•Integrate AI-driven testing solutions and automation tools into the QA lifecycle, partner with automation vendors, and assist with training and dashboards to monitor impact.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in banking, technology, business, or a related field preferred.

•Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
