Job Summary

Drive growth in France by developing partnerships across the non-traditional payments value chain. In a client-facing role, you’ll prospect and negotiate with fintech and SaaS partners, design tailored solutions, and manage the journey from first conversation through contract signature, onboarding, and ongoing account management. Partner with Mastercard Products and Services teams, maintain CRM forecasts and pipeline updates, and represent Mastercard at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop new and existing partnerships with fintechs and SaaS providers across key industry verticals in France.
•Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
•Lead commercial negotiations from first conversation through contract signature, onboarding, and account management.
•Collaborate with Mastercard Products and Services teams to build tailored solutions and ensure effective implementation.
•Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates in the CRM system; represent Mastercard at trade shows and industry conferences when required.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, payments, or fintech as a sales executive, account manager, business developer, or consulting sales professional.
•Deep understanding of the payments value chain and/or of tech companies and startups.
•Proven solution-selling experience in fast-paced, technology-centric environments (e.g., fintech, embedded payments, B2B payments, consulting).
•Strong analytical mindset with attention to operational detail and ability to turn complex challenges into actionable strategies.
•Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills.
