Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of project managers delivering project management services on data center construction projects and programs.
  • •Drive client communications, service excellence, and oversight of delivery accountabilities across the project management team.
  • •Set strategy and ambition aligned with the business plan, and manage strategic/operational project management services (resource planning, financial management, and training).
  • •Conduct market research and create thought leadership, building a pipeline of opportunities with existing and new clients and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • •Ensure quality and compliance through knowledge management, process improvement, quality control, KPI/performance measurement, internal/external audit coordination, and ISO audit participation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction; graduate degree preferred.
  • •12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
  • •2+ years managing large, high-performing multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment.
  • •Proven track record delivering project management services for clients.
  • •Exceptional business development ambition and acumen, including demonstrated experience growing business.
