Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Own end-to-end cost management for a large-scale, mission-critical data center construction program, serving as a key day-to-day client interface. Build and maintain project budgets and cost plans, lead estimating and benchmarking, manage change orders, and produce executive-ready cost reports and cash-flow forecasts. Validate contractor submissions, support procurement and commercial negotiations, and advise on cost-saving/value engineering while ensuring governance and project controls compliance.
