Job Summary

Own the development and management of financial service partnerships for ByteDance’s Global Payment team. Drive best-in-class partnership solutions across BNPL, lending, seller financing, insurance, and insuretech, including strategy, negotiation, and agreement finalization. Partner cross-functionally with Solution, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to integrate partner offerings, track KPIs/OKRs, monitor performance, and deliver market insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage financial service partnerships (BNPL, lending, insurance, insuretech) to deliver best-in-class solutions.
•Build and maintain strong partner relationships and execute partnership strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
•Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, engaging associations, regulators, and key authorities when needed.
•Integrate partner solutions with internal teams (Solution, Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance) and enhance processes.
•Monitor KPIs and partnership OKRs, conduct market research on emerging opportunities/threats, and provide insights to leadership.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA/advanced degree is a plus.
•Fluent business communication in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions, including monitoring financial service performance metrics.
•Proven ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously with a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
•Strong knowledge of financial service systems, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
