Job Summary

Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise-grade web applications for Pratt & Whitney’s Digital Aftermarket Services portfolio. Own CI/CD automation with Azure DevOps, deliver production support (RCA and performance tuning), and contribute to modernization and architecture reviews across Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, enhance, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, .NET Core/.NET 8, Angular, and SQL Server.
•Develop secure front-end/back-end solutions and modernize systems, including migrating legacy .NET Framework applications to .NET Core/.NET 8 where applicable.
•Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations; translate business requirements into technical designs and high-quality software.
•Provide production support by troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis (RCA), resolving incidents, and implementing preventive measures; optimize SQL and application performance.
•Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps (or similar), and apply DevOps practices including IaC, containerization (Docker), Kubernetes-based deployments, and secure coding/authentication/authorization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field with 7+ years of full-stack software development experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years.
•Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SQL Server.
•Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, web services, and enterprise applications.
•Strong knowledge of Entity Framework/Core, LINQ, asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and OOP design principles.
•Hands-on experience with Azure (App Services/Functions/SQL/Storage/Key Vault) plus Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipeline/release management; plus Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC familiarity.
