•Develop and deliver ArcGIS training programs in in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, including identifying and addressing skill gaps.
•Collaborate with customers to understand business processes and provide guidance on designing and implementing sustainable GIS workflows.
•Promote ArcGIS adoption by identifying use cases, facilitating demonstrations, and delivering workshops showcasing ArcGIS capabilities.
•Communicate the strategic impact of GIS using narratives and visualizations; collaborate on case studies and success stories.
•Provide ongoing support to users during training and help resolve challenges related to ArcGIS workflows and instructional delivery.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional experience leveraging Esri software capabilities, including 5 years in ArcGIS Enterprise or Enterprise Geodatabases.
•2+ years of professional experience delivering classroom facilitation and instructional delivery.
•Strong listening skills and the ability to incorporate feedback to improve instructional delivery and course materials.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills with proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
•A Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, Engineering, Information Science, or a related field; 20% travel and authorization to work in the US are required.
