Job Summary

Plan, deploy, implement, and provide operational support for CrowdStrike’s AI-powered detection and response capabilities. Work with customers from initial engagement through optimization and follow-on support, tuning machine learning to reduce false positives while improving detection. Build AI-driven automation playbooks, troubleshoot AI-related issues, and use Falcon APIs to develop scripts and application solutions. Support incident response with AI-powered threat hunting and deliver AI skills workshops and customer-facing AI collateral.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting for the deployment of Falcon’s AI-powered detection and response capabilities.
•Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows to improve detection outcomes.
•Configure and tune machine learning algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining high detection efficacy.
•Develop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations, including building solutions using Falcon APIs.
•Support customers and internal incident response teams with AI-powered threat hunting, forensic analysis, and interpretation of AI-generated alerts.

•Strong understanding of software deployment technologies and troubleshooting capabilities.
•Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms, with experience using AI-powered security tools and platforms.
•Knowledge of data science principles and their application to security operations, including security automation and orchestration platforms.
